If you want to make something special on the weekend then you can make Corn Kachori. Corn Kachori will be liked by people of all ages, from children to adults. Let us know about its recipe.

Material:

Corn flour (2 bowls)

Potatoes (4 boiled)

Hot water (1 glass)

Green chillies (2 chopped)

Celery (1 tsp)

Garam masala (1/2 tsp)

Salt (1 tsp)

Coriander powder ( 1 tsp)

Green coriander leaves (1 tbsp chopped)

Recipe:

Take a bowl or flat surface to knead the corn flour. Use hot water to knead it. Also, add a few drops of ghee to it. While kneading, make sure you knead the dough tightly, like kneading the dough for puri. Use minimum water while kneading the dough. It is important to knead this dough well.

Keep the dough covered with a cotton cloth or plate for about 10 minutes.

On the other hand, prepare potato paste. Take boiled potatoes in a bowl. First of all, mash them well. Then add some spices like coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, oregano, and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix all these ingredients well. After this, finely chop green chilies and green coriander and add them to the mixture. Mix everything together.

The third step is to roll the kachori. For this, make large lemon-sized balls from corn flour. Using your hands, spread them to form a cup shape. Fill the potato mixture in it. Close the mouth of the puri tightly from all sides. If you can make it somewhat like a small puri then it will be perfect.

The fourth step is to fry the kachori. For this, heat some oil in a big pan. Carefully put all the kachoris one by one in hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown. Fry the corn kachori until it becomes crisp. You can serve them with green chutney.
