Mishti Doi is a wonderful Bengali dish. But Mishti Doi has also started being prepared in every part of the country. You can easily make it at home. Use only fresh curd for Mishti Doi. Churn the curd well so that no lumps are formed. Let us know about its recipe.
Ingredients for Mishti Doi:
1-liter milk
10 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh curd

Mishti Doi Recipe:
First of all, heat milk in a pan on medium flame.
Heat the milk until it reduces to half.
Additionally, in another pan on medium flame, make sugar syrup by mixing sugar and water.
Keep stirring the syrup continuously until its color changes.
Turn off the flame and add some more water.
By now the milk should have been reduced to half. Add syrup to milk and mix well.
When the mixture cools down a bit, add fresh curd to it and mix well.
Pour the mixture into your container or clay pot.
Let it set in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
Your mishti doi is ready to enjoy!
