You must have enjoyed dal, rajma, and kadhi with rice many times. But do you know that you can also enjoy another special thing with rice? Yes, that thing is "Dahi Tadka". Dahi tadka is very easy to prepare and it is also very tasty.
Very few ingredients are required to prepare it. Here is a simple way to prepare dahi tadka.
Essential Ingredients of Dahi Tadka:
Half a spoon – Mustard
oil One spoon of mustard oil
2-3 – Red dry chillies
6 Curry leaves
1 small chopped onion
2 green chillies chopped
One-fourth spoon turmeric
Half a spoon red chilli powder
Half spoon coriander powder One
and a half cup of curd
Half cup water
Salt
Fresh coriander and spring onion to garnish as per taste
Dahi Tadka Preparation:
Step 1:
First, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Fry it for some time.
Step 2:
Now add chopped onion and green chili. Fry it for 3 minutes.
Step 3:
Next, add red chili, turmeric, and coriander powder and mix well.
Step 4:
Now cook this masala. After this add curd and water, also add spring onion. Add some salt and green coriander. Cook it for some time.
Step 5:
Now you can serve this dahi tadka with rice. This combination of curd tadka and rice is very tasty.
