Method to make Lauki Dosa:
Material:
Gourd
Rice flour
Semolina
Salt
Method:
To make bottle gourd dosa, first remove the peel of bottle gourd and take out the seeds.
Wash it and mix it with some water in a blender to make a smooth paste.
Take it out in a bowl and add rice flour, semolina, green chili, salt, and water to it.
Mix to make dosa batter.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan and take a ladleful of batter.
Spread it evenly on the hot pan.
Let it cook.
When it turns brown on one side, take it out from the pan and serve it with chutney.
