Most people are very fond of paneer because it adds that special touch to any dish. You must have eaten Paneer vegetable many times but today we have brought the recipe of Paneer Pakoda for you. Let us know how you can make it.
Material:
1 cup paneer pieces
1 cup gram flour
1/2 teaspoon celery
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
A pinch of asafoetida
Oil for frying
Method:
First of all, take a bowl and put gram flour in it.
Now add red chili powder, celery, asafoetida, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt to the gram flour and mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture to prepare the batter.
While making the batter, make sure that you eliminate any lumps that may form in it.
Make sure the batter is not too thick or too thin.
Now heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame,
when the oil is hot, take a piece of paneer and dip it in the gram flour solution, and wrap it evenly.
Carefully put the paneer pieces in hot oil to fry.
Depending on the size of your pan, you can fry several paneer pakodas at once.
Fry the paneer pakora until it turns golden brown.
While frying, turn the pakodas with a slotted spoon so that the pakodas get cooked evenly from all sides.
When the paneer pakodas become golden and crisp, take them out of the oil using a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
To make pakodas, fry all the paneer pieces in the same manner.
Sprinkle chaat masala on pakodas and serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
