Veg Cutlet Recipe
2 boiled potatoes
½ cup peas ½ cup
carrots
½ cup French beans
½ cup beetroot
10-12 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 onion
4 green chillies ½
cup bread crumbs
¼ cup coriander
1 inch finely chopped ginger ½
tsp turmeric powder
½ 1 teaspoon coriander powder
Half a teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt as per taste
Recipe:
First of all, pressure-cook peas, beans, beetroot, and carrots until cooked well. To do this, add 1 cup water and a little salt to the pressure cooker. Close the lid and let it whistle for one whistle.
Meanwhile, heat a pan on the stove and add some oil to it. Fry the onion until it turns golden brown. Then add finely chopped green chilies and finely chopped ginger and garlic. Fry them for some time.
Add the boiled vegetables to the pan along with the onions and fry them together. Add red chili powder, coriander, turmeric, and salt to the mixture. After this add breadcrumbs to it and mix everything well.
Finally, add lemon juice, coriander leaves, and garam masala to the mixture. Mix them well, then turn off the flame. Take out the mixture on a plate and let it cool.
After this, make small tikkis from the mixture and shape them as per your choice.
Heat oil in a pan on gas for frying. Coat each prepared patty in dry flour and fry them one by one on medium flame. Fry all the cutlets until they become crispy.
When they become golden brown, take them out from the pan and keep them on a plate.
