During Shardiya Navratri devotees install the idol of the goddess at home and worship her. Nine forms of the Goddess are worshiped during these nine days of Navratri. Many people fast during these nine days by consuming only a fruit-based diet. Some people keep fast only on the first and last day of Navratri. If you are fasting during Navratri, it is essential to include things in your diet that not only satisfy your hunger but also provide you with the energy needed to stay fit and active. Sabudana is considered very beneficial for health. Today we are sharing the recipe for Sabudana Dosa, which will help you stay healthy and active during the fast.

Material:

1 cup sago

2 tbsp curd

1/2 cup samak rice

Rock salt as per taste

How to make Sabudana Dosa:

Soak sago and samak rice. Soak sago for 4 hours and samak rice for about 30 minutes.

Make a thick paste by adding soaked sago, samak rice, curd, and a little water in a blender.

Take out the batter in a bowl. The batter should be thin. Add rock salt as per taste and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame.

Add a few drops of oil and 2 tablespoons of water to the pan. Wipe it with a cotton cloth.

Pour 2 ladles of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin layer.

When it becomes golden and crisp from both sides, your Sabudana Dosa is ready to serve.

Serve it with coconut chutney for a better taste.
