Staying safe in the internet world is a big deal. Every day people are becoming victims of online fraud. To protect people from such scams, government cyber agencies are continuously issuing alerts. Now the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued an alert. RBI has told people ways to avoid online fraud.

A video has been shared from the handle of Digital India According to the video, you should not click on any unknown link. RBI has said to be informed, and be alert.

According to RBI, cyber fraudsters can try to trap you in any way. They can send you tempting messages, give you part-time job offers, and also give you the promise of earning more money in less time.

Sometimes these fraudsters can cheat you in the name of OTP, sometimes in the name of KYC, and sometimes in the name of customer care. These fraudsters can also call you in the name of a customs officer or policeman and ask for money. If you feel something like this, report it immediately.
