Benefits of raw turmeric

Use raw turmeric for cough problems like this
- First of all, you have to grate raw turmeric. Its juice has to be squeezed and one spoon of honey has to be added to it. Honey will soothe your throat irritation and raw turmeric will help cure cough. You can benefit by consuming this mixture in the morning and evening.
- Apart from this, you should consume raw turmeric boiled in milk at night. This will also give you relief from a cough.
- Make a paste of raw turmeric. Add half a spoon of garlic paste and one spoon of jaggery in it and mix. Heat this mixture before eating and consume it once a day.
