Saffron milk making ingredients
1 liter milk
10-12 saffron threads
Sugar

Method
Making saffron milk is quite easy. For this, first of all heat milk in a pan. This milk does not have to be boiled yet. When the milk becomes slightly hot, add soaked saffron threads in it.

Boiling milk
Now add sugar and mix well. After this, cook this milk on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Keep stirring it continuously while cooking, so that it does not stick to the bottom. Milk often settles at the bottom after adding sugar.
When the milk becomes a little thick and gets a good saffron color, turn off the gas. Now add finely chopped almonds, pistachios and cashews over the milk.
This saffron milk is ready. If you want, you can drink it hot only. If you want, prepare it at night and keep it in the fridge and you can consume it cold in the morning during Sehri.
