After tying Rakshabandhan, sisters also feed sweets to their brothers.
On the day of Rakshabandhan, a lot of crowd is seen at the sweet shop. At the same time, do you know about this, these days the sale of adulterated and poisonous sweets is happening very fast in the market. In such a situation, if you are going to buy sweets on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, then you need to be careful. In this episode, today we are going to tell you about a special way, with the help of which you can identify adulterated sweets sold in the market.
For your information, let us tell you that readymade rasgullas are made using synthetic milk and starch. Adulterated milk cake is prepared from synthetic milk, semolina, wet glucose. Apart from this, adulterated mawa is made from a mixture of synthetic milk, semolina, potato, sweet potato, oil and colors.
If you want to know whether the sweets you are buying are real or fake? You can easily find out about this. You will not have to face any kind of problems in this.
For this, you have to take samples of two different sweets. After this, you have to put both those sweets in hot water in different vessels. After doing this, add iodine in both the vessels.
After this, if the color of the sweet changes in the vessel with hot water, then there is a high possibility that the sweet has been adulterated. On the other hand, if there is no change in the color of the sweet, then there is no adulteration in it. If there is no change, then there is no adulteration in it.
