One of these is Rajma which everyone likes to eat but does not know how to cook without onion and garlic. In such a situation, today we have brought you the recipe for making delicious Rajma without onion-garlic. Let's know about it...

Necessary ingredients
- 1 bowl Rajma
- 1 bay leaf
- a 1-inch piece of cinnamon
- 5-6 cloves
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (cut into pieces)
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp dried mango powder
- 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
Salt as per taste
oil as required

Method Of Making:
First of all, wash the kidney beans in a bowl and soak them in water overnight.
Next day, boil Rajma in a pressure cooker for 7-8 whistles on high flame.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
As soon as the oil is heated, add bay leaves, cinnamon and cloves to it.
After frying for 2 minutes, add ginger paste and green chillies to the oil and fry for 1-2 minutes.
After this, add tomatoes and cook it well till it is completely mashed.
When the tomatoes melt, add turmeric, red chilli, dry mango powder, garam masala and cumin powder to it and mix.
- When the masala starts leaving oil, add kidney beans with a little water and mix and cover and cook for 15 minutes.
After the fixed time, when the gravy becomes thick, put kasoori fenugreek on the kidney beans and mix well and turn off the flame.
Rajma masala is ready. Serve hot with rice.
