To make instant rabri, first heat the milk in a pan. Now leave the milk to cook for some time. When the milk boils, add 2 spoons of sugar in it and cook the milk on low flame. After this, cut the edges of all the bread slices and remove the brown part. Now cut the bread into small pieces and put it in a mixer grinder to make crumbs. Then mix these bread crumbs in boiled milk. Be completely carefree while adding bread to milk. Your rabri will not taste like bread at all. While eating Rabdi, no one will be able to differentiate between milk and bread Rabdi.
After adding bread to milk, transfer the remaining sugar to another pan and melt it on the gas. Keep in mind that do not add water to this sugar at all. Cook the sugar on gas until it turns brown and then add it to the milk mixture and mix. With this, the color of milk will look exactly like rabri. After the milk thickens, turn off the gas. Your instant Rabdi is ready. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve it.
