200 g paneer
1 cup bread crumbs
2 boiled potatoes
1 cup cheese
1 onion (chopped)
2 green chilies (chopped)
1 tsp chili flakes
Oregano - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
1 teaspoon red chili

How to make Paneer Cutlet?
To make paneer cutlets, you will first crumble the paneer.
Then wash and chop all the vegetables as well.
After this, wash and clean the potatoes and keep them boiling.
Then add all the spices, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and salt as per taste to the boiled potatoes.
Along with this, add 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp chili flakes, and 2 chopped green chilies.
Then mix all these things well and mash them well.
After this, grate the paneer and add it to the potato mixture.
Then make kebabs of the prepared mixture and prepare it.
After this, add melted cheese to the cutlets and mix well.
Then put bread crumbs on a plate and keep it aside.
After this, put half a cup of oil in a pan and keep it for heating.
