The scorching heat is increasing in most of the states of the country. The temperature is increasing every day. Most things get spoiled in this season. If food items like pulses and vegetables are kept outside, they get spoiled soon. Many times milk gets spoiled if people forget to keep it in the fridge or if electricity goes off. During the summer season, food items spoil quickly. In summer, people are most troubled by the problem of curdled milk. Today we are going to tell you some ways by which you can prevent milk from curdling.

Ways to prevent milk from curdling
-If you want to protect something from getting spoiled during summer, it should be heated again and again. This does not make things worse. To prevent the milk from curdling, heat it every three to four hours. The milk does not curdle due to this. If you are not keeping milk refrigerated, then do so. Heat the milk only for two to three minutes. Do not keep hot milk completely covered, as this may cause the milk to curdle.

-If you forget to boil milk and there is a fear of it curdling, then add a little baking soda to it. This can prevent milk from curdling. Put the milk in a vessel and put it on the gas and then add a pinch of soda to it and mix it well. Keep in mind not to add too much soda, as it may spoil the taste. By doing this the milk will not curdle.

-If you do not have a fridge, the fridge is damaged or not working, then boil the milk thoroughly first. After this, cool the milk fill a big vessel with water, and keep the milk in it under the fan. This will prevent the milk from curdling.

-Many times it happens that people pour milk into an old milk vessel and heat it. This may cause the milk to curdle. In summer season, milk should be boiled in a clean vessel. Check carefully that the vessel is clean because even if there is soap in the vessel, milk curdles.
