Ingredients to make Aam Panna-
4 raw mangoes (kairi), 2 tsp cumin powder (roasted), 6 tbsp jaggery/sugar (to taste), 1 tbsp mint leaves, 3 tsp black salt, 1 pinch black pepper powder, 4-5 ice cubes, salt to taste.

How to make mango panna at home-
To make mango panna, first of all, take raw mangoes. Then you wash it thoroughly and clean it. After this, put raw mangoes in a pressure cooker. Then add water to it as required. After this, you put 4 whistles in it and turn off the gas. Then take out the curry from the cooker and keep it in a utensil and let it cool. After this, peel the boiled raw mangoes properly. Then take out the raw mango pulp in a deep-bottomed pan. Along with this, take out the pulp from the kernels and mash them well. Then add 1/4 cup of water to the mango pulp and mix. After this, mash it well with the help of a churner. Then add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, and jaggery or sugar to it. Along with this, add black salt and salt as per taste and mix it well. Then you put this mixture in the blender and add water as required. After this, blend it well and take it out in a vessel. Then put 3-4 ice cubes in it and let the panna cool down. Now your chilled mango panna is ready.
