Ingredients:

6-7 medium-sized potatoes

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon (optional)

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes and boil them in salted water until they are soft.
