Gram flour curry comes to mind in the name of Kadhi and it is made in most houses but if you want to try something different, then make potato curry. Here's his recipe.

Material :
½ kg potatoes boiled, peeled, and mashed, 2 tsp salt, ¼ tsp chili powder, 1/2 cup gram flour, oil for frying, ½ cup sour curd, 4 cups water, 10 curry leaves, ½ tsp cumin, 2 whole red Chilli, 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, coriander leaves, for garnishing

Method :
Mix mashed potatoes, 1/2 tsp salt, red chili powder, and gram flour.

Keep aside a quarter of the mixture and make dumplings from the remaining.

Now add the remaining mixture to the curd and mix it well and keep it aside.

- Pour oil into a heavy-bottomed pan. It contains curry leaves, cumin seeds, and whole red chilies.
Add it and fry it. Then add ginger and fry it.

Add curd mixture, salt, and coriander powder and let it come to a boil. Cook the curry on low heat till it becomes slightly thick. Keep stirring in between.

Now put dumplings in it, and let it boil for a few minutes. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
