Take curd in a bowl, add gram flour, garam masala, white chilli powder, cardamom powder, marmalade and salt. Give a very good mix.
Divide the mixture into equal parts. Now fill each portion with paneer stuffing. Wet your hands with water, take a portion with your hands and roll it into a kebab shape (one centimetre thick round) with light hands. Similarly, prepare other kebabs as well.
Put some ghee in a pan and let it heat. Place the kebabs in it and fry the kebabs in the pan for some time. Cook till it turns golden from both sides.
Serve the kebabs hot with mint chutney or sauce.
