Tasty Pills-Recipes for Digestion

Ingredients required

  • Saunth – Dry ginger powder – 2 tbsp
  • Ajwain - 2 tbsp
  • Jaggery - 2 tbsp

Method to prepare

  • Grind Ajwain and Jaggery together.
  • Make a paste by grinding both of them.
  • Now add dry ginger to it.
  • Mix all three things well in a bowl and make small balls out of it.
  • You can store them in the fridge for 2-3 days.

Take 1 tablet daily before lunch and dinner
