You would often eat Poha for breakfast. Noha is good for health. It is easily made and tastes amazing. But have you ever eaten Poha Parathas? Paratha with stuffing is a different thing. Hot potato, paneer or onion parathas taste delicious with tea. In winter, many more varieties of stuffed parathas are available to eat. Varieties of parathas like lentils, green peas, spinach, bathua, cabbage, and radish enhance the taste of breakfast in winter. Apart from all this, you can also make Poha Paratha. Poha Paratha becomes soft and tasty. Everyone from children to adults will enjoy eating it with tea in winter. In this, stuffing is done with the help of Poha. Ingredients for making Poha Paratha
Poha, boiled green peas, boiled potatoes. Finely chopped onion, green chili, salt, kasoori fenugreek, cumin powder, chaat masala, flour.

Step 1- To make Paratha, first boil potatoes and peas.
Step 2- Wash the poha and soak it in water for two minutes.
Step 3- Now separate the poha from the water and mash it.
Step 4- Mix boiled potatoes, peas, and flour in poha.
Step 5- Add salt, green chilies, kasuri methi, coriander, cumin powder, and chaat masala to this mixture and mix well.
Step 6- Now knead the soft dough of this mixture.
Step 7- If the mixture seems thin, then add some more wheat flour to it and knead it well.
Step 8- Make small balls of dough and roll them like roti.
Step 9- Heat a non-stick pan or tawa on gas. Roast the poha roti on low flame.
Step 10- Apply oil on both sides and cook well by turning it upside down.
Poha Paratha is ready. Serve with chutney, and curd.
