Like- giving subsidy or giving any goods etc. In this sequence, there is a scheme PM Vishwakarma Yojana under which eligible people are linked to this scheme. After this, benefits are given to the beneficiaries. There are many different benefits to this. Under this scheme, 18 traditional trades are linked to this scheme. What is PM Vishwakarma Yojana?

This PM Vishwakarma Yojana is run by the Government of India. This scheme was started for 18 traditional trades and the people associated with them. By doing this, work is done to make these people better in their work.

These people are eligible:-
People who are blacksmiths

Stone breakers

Cobblers/shoemakers

People who are garland makers

Doll and toy makers

Basket/mat/broom makers

Fishing net makers

People who are washermen

Barbers

If you are a tailor

Locksmith

Goldsmith

Armourer and sculptor

Stone carver.

These are the benefits:-
If you join this scheme, you are given a few days of training here and for this, you are given a stipend of Rs 500 per day

At the same time, you are given the help of Rs 15,000 to buy a toolkit

You can first take a loan of Rs 1 lakh and then Rs 2 lakh here and that too without guarantee and at a cheap interest rate.
