These include many other schemes including ration, housing, employment, education, insurance, and pension. In this episode, there is a scheme Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, which is run by the central government for the farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers get an installment of Rs. 2-2 thousand three times a year and till now 14 installments have been released. We will know about the 15th installment, but before that know that the 14th installment was released on 27th July. In this, installment money was sent to the bank accounts of about 8.5 crore eligible farmers.

To get the benefit of the installment, some important tasks have to be completed. The first task in this is e-KYC. The farmer associated with the scheme who does not get this work done will be deprived of the benefit of the installment. Therefore, if you have not done e-KYC till now, then you can do e-KYC from your nearest CSC center, by visiting the bank or by yourself from the official Kisan portal pmkisan.gov.in.

There are many other reasons for installments stuck. For example, if you do not get the land siding done, then you can be deprived of the benefit of the installment. Apart from this, if the Aadhaar number given by you is wrong, your bank account number is wrong or your Aadhaar is not linked to the bank account, etc., then in these situations, the installment can get stuck.

When can the 15th installment come?
The farmers associated with PM Kisan Yojana are waiting for the 15th installment. If media reports are to be believed then the installment may be released in October or November. However, no official announcement has been made regarding this yet.
