Father's Day 2023: The role of mother and father is very different in the life of all of us. Where the mother is concerned about our health, food, safety, etc., the father's focus is on giving us 'life lessons'. In childhood, we do not like their nagging and we remain adamant on our point of view. However, when the burden of responsibilities falls on us, then we understand how right was our father's teaching.
Poet George Herbert rightly said, "A father is worth more than a hundred schoolteachers". Even though we are not able to stay with or near our father due to studies or jobs, but every important decision or even the smallest thing, we do not forget to do without his advice. Today, on the occasion of Father's Day, we are telling about such things, which our father must have said many times, but we understand their real meaning only after growing up.
"Hard work never goes in vain"
This is what we used to hear when we woke up late in the morning. At that time these things seemed like taunts, but now it is understood how true they were. Hard work will never let you down. By working hard, we always improve, we get results and we get to know our limits.
"Accept your mistakes, don't find excuses to hide them"
Every father definitely teaches his children to accept their mistakes, be it with anger or with love. Accepting one's mistake does not make one small or less, rather it makes one realize what went wrong and how to rectify the mistake.
