Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is a scheme in which farmers are provided financial assistance. This scheme is run by the central government. Actually, under this scheme, an installment of Rs 2-2 thousand is given thrice a year (every four months). By doing this, eligible farmers are given Rs 6,000 annually by the government. This time the 17th installment is to come in this series, for which the farmers are waiting. But do you know that there are some farmers whose installment may get stuck and there may be some reasons behind it? Probably not, so let us know which farmers' installments may get stuck and why. The 16th installment was released on 28 February 2024, which benefited 9 crore farmers. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself transferred the installment amount to the bank accounts of farmers through DBT. At the same time, now it is the turn of the 17th installment.
The farmers whose installments may get stuck are:-
Number 1
Under PM Kisan Yojana, the installments of those farmers who do not get the land verification done may get stuck. Under the rules, every farmer associated with the scheme must get this work done.
Number 2
Those farmers who have not got e-KYC done and do not get it done in the future, such farmers may also be deprived of the benefit of installments. You can get e-KYC done by visiting your nearest CSC center, PM Kisan portal pmkisan.gov.in, or bank.
Number 3
If you want to get the benefit of installment under the scheme, then you must link your Aadhar card with the bank account. If for some reason you do not get this work done, you may be deprived of the installment.
