The central government runs the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for farmers. Under this scheme, there is a provision to give 6 thousand rupees every year to eligible farmers and this money is sent directly to the bank account of the farmers in three installments of 2-2 thousand rupees. The government transfers this money to the bank accounts of farmers through DBT. This is how you can apply to join PM Kisan Yojana:-
Step 1
If you are eligible for PM Kisan Yojana, then you can benefit by applying for this scheme.
In such a situation, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmkisan.gov.in
Here you will get many options and you have to choose the option of 'New Farmer Registration' from these.
Step 2
After this, a form will come in front of you which is the application form
You have to choose either 'Rural Farmer Registration' or 'Urban Farmer Registration' in it
Now enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number here and also enter your 10-digit mobile number here
Step 3
Then you have to choose your state
After the state, you will see the captcha code on the screen, which you have to fill in here.
After this, you will see the 'Get OTP' button on which you have to click.
Then an OTP i.e. One Time Password will come on the entered mobile number, which you have to fill in here Step 4 After this, you have to click on the 'Proceed for Registration' button. Then fill in your district and also give your bank account details. Now you have to enter your Aadhaar card details here. Finally, you have to upload your documents here and then click on the 'Save' button. Now your application is complete.
