On February 28, 2024, PM Modi released the 16th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the accounts of more than 11 crore farmers of the country. Many farmers in the country have got the benefit of this scheme but some farmers are deprived of this scheme.

Why did the installment amount not come?
If you have not received the installment amount of the scheme yet, there could be many reasons for this.
The government has made e-KYC mandatory. Farmers who have not done e-KYC will not get the installment amount.
Even if you have filled in any wrong information in the registration form, you will not get the scheme amount.
Even if the beneficiary's bank account is not linked to the Aadhaar Card, the installment amount gets stuck.
Land verification is also mandatory. If the farmer's land is not verified then he does not get the benefit of the scheme.
Farmers do not get the benefits of the scheme even if they submit the wrong documents.
