The Reserve Bank of India has issued a warning to all those who have a bank account. RBI has said that many types of web links are being shared on social media, clicking on which is not without danger. According to RBI, these links are being shared as advertisements on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

RBI has issued a notification on its site. It is written in the notification that many types of advertisements regarding loan waivers are being shared on fake social media. No such notification has been issued by RBI.

RBI said in a statement that information has been received about some advertisements regarding loan waivers that have not been issued by RBI. In these advertisements, money is also being taken as legal fees for loan waivers.

RBI has said that stay away from such advertisements because this is a new method of fraud. For any kind of information related to the bank, contact the bank branch only.
