Actually, under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, only those farmers who are eligible for the scheme can get benefits. In such a situation, if a farmer is availing the benefits of the scheme wrongly even after being ineligible, then action can be taken against him by the government.
Notices can be issued to such farmers by the government and their applications are cancelled. Apart from this, if needed, the government can also make a recovery from such people. Therefore, do not do this even by mistake.
Eligible people should get this work done
At the same time, if you are eligible then you must get two things done. The first task in this is to get e-KYC done. Every farmer associated with the scheme must get this done. You can also get this work done by visiting your nearest CSC center, bank, or official portal pmkisan.gov.in.
At the same time, the second work that is necessary for the eligible people to get done is land verification. As per the rules, the farmer who does not get this work done can be deprived of the benefit of installment. Therefore, you should get the land verification done in time.
