The countrymen were waiting for many big announcements in the budget and during her budget, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also made many big announcements. During her budget, the Finance Minister announced that three crore additional houses will be built in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Rural and Urban areas. The government informed us that the necessary allocation has been made for this.
Along with this, rental houses will also be built along with hostel-style houses for industrial workers. This will be completed through public-private partnership (PPP mode).
Who will get the benefit?
In fact, under the PM Housing Scheme, the government will invest Rs 10 lakh crore, which will provide homes to one crore poor and middle-class families. Here we also know that central assistance of Rs 2.2 lakh crore will also be included in the next five years.

PM Awas Yojana is run by the Government of India, and under this scheme, those people get benefit who have kutcha houses and those who come from the poor class.
Who gets the benefit of the scheme?
If you do not have a pucca house
If you are a BPL cardholder
If your income is low
You do not have a residential unit etc.
These people will not get the benefit of the scheme:-
People who pay tax
Who owns a company
Who have a government job or any member of the family has a government job
Who already has a pucca house in an urban or rural area
Whose annual income is more than the fixed limit.
