1. Obesity
Pizza is often high in calories, saturated, and refined carbohydrates. If you eat it more than a limit then the fat in the stomach and waist is sure to increase. If you are not doing proper physical activities then you may have to face obesity.
2. High BP
Pizza contains many ingredients like processed meat, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese which are high in salt. We all know that salt is a rich source of sodium. If it is consumed excessively then a person may suffer from high blood pressure.
3. Diabetes
Pizza dough contains refined carbohydrates, which creates the risk of sudden increases in blood sugar levels, which can later turn into diabetes. For diabetic patients, it is no less than poison.
4. Indianization
Many people like the taste of pizza, and people start consuming it excessively in one go. Since it contains more fat, it faces digestion difficulties. It can cause gas, indigestion, constipation, and bloating.
