If you work, will you also have a PF account? It depends on the number of employees in the company and whether your PF account will be opened or not. There are government rules for this. Employees Provident Fund Organization looks after the PF accounts. Every month a certain amount is deducted from the employee's salary and deposited in his PF account. After this, the government pays annual interest on the money deposited in the account. First of all, you have to check whether money is being deposited in your account every month or not. For this, you can check your passbook. Where you will know whether the company is depositing money in your PF account every month or not.

If you notice that the company has not deposited money in your PF account, then you can contact the human resources department of your company i.e. HR. After this tell HR that money has not been deposited in your PF account.

You can also ask the HR department why money is not being deposited in your PF account. If HR gives you a clear answer to this and deposits the PF money in your PF account, then it is fine otherwise you can complain to the company.
