Sarvesh Shashi told that experts tell that yoga should not be done during the menstrual period. But by doing 3 easy yoga, one can get relief from the pain of periods. Due to this, weight is also controlled and hormones also remain balanced.

First-Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
By doing bridge pose, there is relief in period pain. First to do yoga-
Lie flat on your back.
Bend the legs and bring the feet close to your hips.
By putting weight on the hands, slowly lift the hips.


Keep the feet firmly fixed.
Now join both hands.

Second-Cat Cow Pose (Margery Asana)
Regular practice of cat-cow pose or margari asana can be beneficial for the body in many ways. Which also includes relief from the pain of a period.
First of all, make a cat-like posture by resting both knees and both hands on the floor.
Make a 90-degree angle at the knees of the feet by straightening the thighs upwards.
Now take a long breath and lift the tailbone while tilting the head backward.
Then while exhaling, tilt the head down.
Try to touch the chin to the chest.

Third- Kapotasana (Pigeon Pose)
Kapotasana is a bit difficult to do. But it not only provides relief from knee pain. Rather, it also ends the pain of periods. It can be easily done with regular practice.
First of all, you have to sit by sticking your heels on the ground.
One leg has to be taken backward.
After this, fold your hands and take them towards the top of the head.
