1. When the stomach is upset

2. When troubled by cold
There is no doubt that Pear benefits our body in many ways, but its effect is cold, so when you have a cold, cough, or cold, do not eat this fruit at all.

3. Weight loss people
Very few calories are found in Pear, which helps reduce weight, but if you consume it excessively then there is bound to be a loss because it increases the consumption of daily calories.

4. High blood pressure patients
