Peanut Protein Balls are one such dessert, which apart from being tasty and healthy, is also very easy to make. Perfect for those days when you're craving something sweet but the thought of dieting makes you hold back.
Material :
1 cup roasted peanuts
3/4 cup soft molasses
1 tsp sesame seeds
Method :
1. First roast the peanuts. Now, put them in a mixer grinder and blend well to make a smooth paste.
2. After this add jaggery and sesame seeds. Grind well.
3. Make round-shaped laddoos of the mixture and enjoy. If you want, mix some nuts in it too.
