Material
Paneer - 300 grams
Maida - 2 cups
Corn starch - 1 tbsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
oil as required
Water - 1 cup

Method
1. First cut the paneer into finger size pieces.

2. After this, mix red chili powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, and salt in a bowl.

3. Mix all these things well and add the prepared Paneer Fingers.

4. Keep the paneer to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

5. In a separate bowl, add flour and cornstarch. Add some water and salt to it.

6. Make a smooth batter by mixing both ingredients.

7. Heat oil in a pan. After this, mix the marinated paneer in the flour mixture.

8. Mix the cheese well in the flour and fry it in oil.

9. Fry the paneer in oil till it turns golden brown.

10. When the paneer turns brown on both sides, take it out in a vessel.

11. Fry the rest of the paneer in the same way and prepare the fingers.
