Ingredients:

  • 300 g paneer
  • 2 tbsp cornflour/maida
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 10-15 cashews
  • 10-15 almonds
  • 1 tbsp pistachio chips
  • a spoonful of raisins
  • one teaspoon of coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon kasoori methi
  • one teaspoon of ginger paste
  • a pinch of asafoetida
  • half teaspoon cumin
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • oil as required
  • salt to taste

process :

  • First of all, cut square pieces of cheese one and a half to two inches wide and half an inch thick.
  • For stuffing, make a little paneer powder and add chopped dry fruits and salt as per taste.
  • Now take a pinch of salt in the cornflour in a vessel and make a thick solution by adding water.
  • After this, cut the pieces of paneer lightly from the middle and prepare it like a sandwich by filling the stuffing with paneer-dry fruits.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add paneer sandwich, and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Now grind tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander and make a paste.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin, asafoetida, ginger paste, and tomato paste and fry it.
  • Now add all the dry spices except garam masala, mix well and fry for some time.
  • When the masala is cooked well, add fresh cream to it and then add a cup of water for some time.
  • After the gravy starts boiling, add the fried paneer sandwich and mix it well.
  • Finally, add garam masala and salt as per taste and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve it.
