You can get the mistakes in your PAN card corrected in these two ways:-

If you also have a PAN card and your name, date of birth, or any other thing is printed incorrectly on it, then you can get it corrected
For this, you do not need to go anywhere because you can get it corrected sitting at home, that too through online medium
What you have to do is first go to the official website of NSDL
Number 2
If you are not able to understand the online process or you do not want to do it, then you can also correct the mistakes in your PAN card offline
For this, first of all, you have to go to your nearest PAN facility center and meet the concerned officer here
After this, you have to take the form 'Application for new PAN card / change in PAN data / correct it' from the center here
Fill out this form and fill in all the information asked
Then attach a copy of the related document with this form and finally submit it, after which your work is done.
