How to do Padma Mudra?

  • First of all, sit with your neck and spine straight.
  • Slowly bring the palms in front of the chest in a Namaskar posture.
  • Slowly spread your hands as if a lotus flower is blooming.
  • Now join the little fingers and thumb together.
  • Let all the remaining fingers open slowly.
  • Close your eyes slowly and comfortably.
  • Breathe as deeply as you can.

Padma Mudra Precautions

If you find it difficult to do this in the morning, you can do this posture in the evening too. This mudra must be done daily for at least 5 minutes. By doing it continuously for 3 to 6 months, you will feel the change.
