Rosehip oil
Ingredients required-
- Rose hips - 1 bowl
- Almond oil - 1 bowl
- Olive oil - 1 bowl
- Vitamin E - a few drops
Note- Take twice the amount of oil from daily hips. You can also take any other oil as carrier oil.
Method to prepare -
- Crush the hips well every day.
- Drop the crushed rose hips into the oil.
- Cover it and keep it in a dark room for 8-10 days.
- After this filter it and take it out in a bottle.
- Your Rose Hip Oil is ready.
- Use rose hips completely dry.
- This oil will last comfortably for about 1 year.
- You can also add a few drops of Vitamin E to it.
