The bank talks to or emails the person to whose bank account the money has been transferred by mistake. Then after obtaining the permission of that account holder, the bank returns the money to your bank account within seven days.

If for some reason the other person refuses to return your money, then you can lodge an FIR in the name of that account holder i.e. get legal help.
You can get your money back through the legal process. However, if the account holder talks to you and agrees to return your money, then the bank may ask you to submit copies of some related documents.
