Step 1
If you are eligible under Ayushman Yojana, you can go to your nearest public service center to apply.
You have to go here and meet the concerned officer.
Then you have to give your documents to the officer

After this, your documents are checked
Your eligibility is also checked
Then when everything is found, your application is made.
In such a situation, once your Ayushman card is made, then you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospital.
