Google Pay, a widely-used online payment platform for digital transactions, now allows users to view their transaction history. While the app doesn't provide a direct option to delete transaction history, there's an alternative method to achieve this. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Where to Find Transaction History:

  1. Open the Google app on your device and scroll down.
  2. Look for the option 'Show transaction history' at the bottom of the home page.
  3. Tap the > sign to open your transaction history.
  4. View details of all sent and received transactions.

How to Delete Transaction History:

  1. Open Google Chrome on your phone.
  2. Go to www.google.com and locate your Google Account.
  3. Log in with your Google credentials.
  4. Click on the three dots in the top left corner.
  5. Select 'Data and Privacy' and navigate to 'History Settings.'
  6. Click on 'Web and App Activity' and go to 'Manage All Web and App Activity.'
  7. Click on the three dots visible on the search bar.
  8. Select 'Other Google Activity' and navigate to 'Google Pay Experience.'
  9. Tap 'Manage Activity' in Google Pay Experience.
  10. Click on the drop-down arrow next to 'Delete,' and select the transaction history you want to delete.
  11. Choose the time range (e.g., Last Day) and confirm the deletion. The deleted status should reflect within 12 hours."

Note: It's important to exercise caution when deleting transaction history, as it cannot be recovered once deleted.
