If you want to avail benefits by joining this Ayushman Yojana, then first you have to check your eligibility and then apply.
For this you first have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
Here you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible'

After this enter your 10 digit mobile number
Then an OTP will come on this mobile number, fill it here and login.
Now two options will appear, in the first select your state.

After this you have to go to your nearest CSC center and give your documents to the concerned officer.
