Pie soup is very much liked in the winter season. Apart from being delicious, it is also very beneficial for our health. Its use not only strengthens immunity but also strengthens bones. With this easy method, you can prepare it at home.

Ingredients:

  • get four paaye
  • an onion
  • a tomato
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon whole spices
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • two big cardamom
  • Half teaspoon mace, nutmeg powder
  • oil as required
  • salt to taste

Method :

  • First of all, after cleaning the paaya thoroughly, wash it with water.
  • Now heat oil in a pressure cooker and add onion, and big cardamom, and fry it.
  • After this, add whole spices and ginger-garlic paste and fry for some time.
  • When the onion is soft, add finely chopped tomatoes and dry spices to it, mix well and let it cook for a minute.
  • Now put the pasta in it and mix it well with the spices and cook it for some more time.
  • After this, put 6-7 glasses of water in the cooker, close the cooker and let the paaya cook well.
  • After cooking on low flame for two to three hours, turn off the gas and let the cooker cool down.
  • After the cooker cools down, pour the tasty and healthy Paa soup into a bowl and serve it hot.
