Soak 5 almonds, 2 walnuts and 1 teaspoon each of pumpkin and sunflower seeds to start your morning healthy. Also, put water in a copper vessel in 1 glass and keep it.

Almond is rich in nutrients. It contains protein as well as omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin E. Vitamin-A and E in almonds are very good for your skin. Also, almonds are a great source of antioxidants and when we soak them, their benefits multiply manifold.
Benefits of Walnut
Many nutrients like copper, selenium, omega-3 fatty acid protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, and phosphorus are found in walnuts. All these nutrients are very beneficial for physical and mental health.
Benefits of Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds
Nutrients like minerals, vitamin E, magnesium, manganese etc. are present in sunflower seeds.
Pumpkin seeds have slightly fewer calories than sunflower seeds. However, magnesium and phosphorus are found in slightly higher amounts in pumpkin seeds.

For better sleep, switch off all the gadgets at least 1 hour before sleeping. Blue light emitted from gadgets harms sleep. The blue light emitted from the screens of smartphones, laptops, tabs or similar gadgets suppresses the sleep hormone melatonin.
