Due to this, today we are going to tell you the easy recipe for Chole Bhature so that you can also feed Chole Bhature to your family for breakfast on the first day of the New Year.

Method to make Bhature
2 cups flour
1/2 cup semolina
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup curd
Oil for frying

Method
To make Bhature, first mix flour, semolina, salt, honey, baking powder, and curd in a big bowl. Knead it by adding water little by little, so that a soft dough is prepared. Now keep it covered for 2 hours.
Now make small round balls from the kneaded flour and then prepare Bhature from it. Now heat oil in a pan add bhatura into it and fry till it turns golden brown.

Ingredients for making chickpeas
1 cup chickpeas
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
2-3 green chillies
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 tablespoon chole masala
1 tea cup tomato puree
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp oil

Method
To make Chole, first prepare the masala by adding onion, tomato, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, Chole masala, tomato puree, salt, and oil in a pressure cooker. When the spices are roasted properly, add the chickpeas soaked overnight and mix well.
After this, add enough water so that all the ingredients are immersed well. Cook the chickpeas for 5-6 whistles. After this number of whistles, turn off the gas and check whether the chickpeas are cooked properly or not. If the chickpeas are cooked, then add chopped coriander to it. Now serve chole with hot bhaturas.
