* Ingredients required to make tikkis from the leftover rice:
1. Parboiled rice - 2 bowls
2. Semolina - 1 cup
3. Chopped onion - 1
4. Chopped green chili - 2
5. Chopped carrot - 1
6. Boiled and mashed green peas - 2 tbsp
7 Boiled Potato - 1
8. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
9. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
10. Salt - as per taste

* Easy recipe for making crispy rice tikkis:
1. To make leftover rice tikki, first heat oil in a pan, add green chilies and chopped onions, and cook for 5-6 minutes till the onions turn pink.
2. After this, add the remaining vegetables, and cook it for 3-4 minutes, add boiled rice, semolina, garam masala powder, red chili powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and mix it well.
3. Now take a small portion of this mixture and give it a tikki-like shape.
4. After this, fry it till it becomes light golden from both sides.
5. In this way your leftover rice tikki is ready.
6. Now you can serve it with green chutney or sauce.
