Ingredients required to make fig kheer-
1-litre milk
10-15 figs
2 tbsp almonds
5-6 Kharak
2 tbsp cashews
8-10 almonds soaked
8-10 Pistachios soaked
1/4 tsp saffron threads
1 cup condensed milk
4-5 green cardamom
2 tsp almond slivers
2 tsp desi ghee
sugar to taste
How to make fig pudding? (How To Make Fig Kheer)
To make fig kheer, first, wash the figs and cut them into pieces.
Then put 2 teaspoons of desi ghee in a pan and heat it.
After this, add chopped fig pieces to it and fry on low flame.
Then take milk in a big bowl and add roasted figs to it.
After this, keep them soaked for at least 4 to 5 hours.
Then you add kharak and peeled almonds to the remaining ghee in the pan.
After this, fry them on low flame for about 1-2 minutes.
Then put almonds, kharak, and green cardamom in the mixer and grind them well.
After this, add figs soaked in milk to it.
Then grind all these things together and make a paste and take it out in a vessel.
After this, roast the rest of the dry fruits in ghee.
Then add the remaining milk to the pan and boil it well.
After this, when the milk starts boiling, you put fig paste in it.
Then add condensed milk to it and cook on low flame for about 4-5 minutes.
