Ingredients for making Sabudana Bhel
half cup sago
boiled potatoes
chilli powder
Groundnut
chopped coriander
Ghee
rock salt
Lemon juice

Method
To make this Bhel, first soak the sago in water for a few hours, so that it swells properly. After this, when it swells properly, drain its water and let it dry for some time.

While the sago is drying, add ghee to a pan and fry the boiled potatoes, peanuts, and cashews until they become light golden.

After roasting properly, cook the sago in the same pan until it becomes slightly soft. When it is cooked, take it out in a bowl.

After this, add finely chopped green coriander, lemon juice, peanuts, rock salt, and red chili powder along with potato masala and mix well. Your fruit bhel is ready.
